This form should be taken along to the career shadowing day visitation by the student. It is to be given to the employer at that time. The employer should complete this form upon completion of the visitation.

Employer:

Thank you for assisting NOHS students in participating in the Career Shadowing Experience. The purpose of this experience is to help students determine if their possible career choices are ones that are suitable for them. It gives them the opportunity to learn about entry-level requirements, the advantages and disadvantages of the job, and most important, your own personal insights into your occupation. As you know, there is nothing like hearing it from the source.

We hope the day was rewarding for both student and employer. We ask that you complete the bottom portion of this form and fax or email to the New Oxford High School Guidance Office at your earliest convenience.

(Fax # (717) 624-5023 Attn: Mrs. Kuhn OR email: )
