Small “in season” items (smaller than an end table): Monday – Saturday 12pm-5pm

(NOT ON SUNDAYS). No appointment necessary. Merchandise must be clean, odor free and in a sellable condition. A cleaning fee will be assessed to all itemsthat are not in an acceptable condition. This will usually be discussed with you at drop-off. Donation drop-offs accepted anytime.

Large furniture items are accepted by appointment only.

Please email photos to ith any pertinent information about the pieces and include your name and phone number. We will either call or email you to discuss this further. NOTE: Sometimes we accept items that are in need of minor repair/refinishing/painting, etc. We only do repairs on items that we think we can recoup labor charges on. Labor charges are assessed @ $20/hr and will be deducted from the sales price prior to the 50/50 commission split. BETTER CONDITION = BETTER SALES PRICE !

Seasonal merchandise is accepted as follows:

  • SpringFebruary 1st
  • SummerApril 1st
  • FallSeptember 1st (includes Halloween and Thanksgiving)
  • WinterNovember 1st(includes Christmas)

EXPIRATION & DONATION:Items will be discounted 10% every 30 days. Items expire after 6 months from the acceptance date.Consignor items are required to stay at least 5 months. Items can be picked up from the 5th to the 6th month. If not picked-up by you when contract expires, items will become the property of Upscale Resale and can be sold or donated at our discretion, but can no longer be retrieved by the original consignor. Seasonal/Holiday merchandise expires immediately after the holiday and will be put on clearance or donated 2 weeks after the holiday if not reclaimed by you. It will be your responsibility to track your expiration dates and reclaim any items. If we feel an item is unsellable or no longer sought after, PRIOR to your items expiration date we will contact you to pick it up. We will allow a FIRM price tag added at any time (with store approval). Firm tags are usually applied to certain antiques and high end items.NOTE:Please keep in mind that we have a large inventory and it may prove difficult to locate small items,so we are unable to assist in locating them.

COMMISSION AND DISCOUNTING: I understand thatmy commission is 50%of the sales price. I understand that any merchandise in stock may be subject to periodic sales, coupons and/or discounts and will be split 50/50 (minus any cleaning/labor charges where applicable) between Upscale Resale Home and me. You can use your credit toward items purchased in the storeanytime or we can write a check for balances of $25 or more.

AUTHORIZATION: I hereby authorize Upscale Resale to display, price and sell my items at a fair market value. All items brought in for consignment will be processed by the Upscale Resale staff to assure salability and any items deemed to be “NO THANK YOU’S” will be donated to a local charity. (No thank you items consist of: out of style, out of season, faded,torn,broken, dirty, pet hair, odor, etc). Upscale Resale may discontinue displaying said items at any time if we feel that the item is no longer sought after, unprofitable, or out of style. Items that are found to have flaws or defects after acceptance may be recycled/discounted/donated at the discretion of the Upscale Resale staff. I hereby agree that Upscale Resale is not responsible for lossof any of my items due to fire, theft, breakage, etc.

NOTE: You can view your inventory/sales online via our website! Go to UPSCALERESALEHOME.COM then to “CONSIGNMENT INFO”,THEN PUT IN YOUR ID# (CONSIGNOR #), THEN WEB PASS #. ALSO NOTE: You may have to click on “START DATE” and back date to see all of your sales.
