MINUTES OF MEETING HELD ON 7th JULY 2008
AT BOSSINGHAM VILLAGE HALL
1, APOLOGIES, Cllr Champion and Cllr Simmonds
2, THE MINUTES of the meeting held on 10th March were circulated and agreed. Proposed by Cllr Hewitt, seconded by Cllr Waldron.
3, MATTERS ARISING
A, Memorial for the late Keith Wallington was held and went down very well.
B, Goal posts, clerk has joined KCC supplies and will order them when her membership number comes through.
C, Signs have been obtained by Cllr Hewitt and are in place in the car park.
D, Fence around oil tank is to be repaired by BVH.
E, Lighting at side of village hall to come under AOB.
F KCC mini bus, Petham are not interested, Waltham and Lower Hardres maybe. Need discussion.
4, CLERK
A, Pay Allianz & Leicester Ins. £354.52
B, Pay Gordon Engraving for memorial £47.00 ,
C, Pay A.C.R.K.subscription £35.00

E, Pay Gordon Engraving for signs £166.85
F, Pay Moons of Selling for resurfacing front of BVH £5.346.25
G, Joined KCC Supplies, awaiting confirmation.
H, Complaint about hedges overgrown at Pett Bottom causing traffic hazard. Clerk to write to all residents in area and put general article in Parish Magazine.
I, Have obtained a copy of a map showing inner village boundary. Copy given to all Councillors.
5, CORRESPONDENCE,
Nothing new to circulate.
6, PLANNING
A, CA/08/00605/UHA LITTLE BOSSINGHAM FARM REFUSED
B, CA/08/0064/UHA PEAR TREE FARM. No objections
C, CA/08/0786/UHA DENE FARM New dormer, no objections.
7, ANY OTHER BUSINESS
A, Clerk to pass all old plans to Cllr Hamlin to file on computer.
B, Flooding by church is still bad, highways to look at it.
C, Lighting at side of BVH to be done when new paving is done in August.
D, Fencing is also to be repaired in August.
E, Pot holes in Manns Hill will be reported to Highways.
