1. Abstract and full-length manuscript preparation, submission and dissemination

Authors are invited to submit their contributions using the online submission system on the Conference webpage ( before April20, 2017. The abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee and the corresponding author will be notified on the acceptance/rejection around May 10, 2017.

The full manuscripts due date is June 10, 2017.

The accepted full manuscriptswill be included in the Conference Proceeding Book published by Springer International Publishing, indexed in the leading databases ISI Proceedings, EI-Compendex, DBLP, SCOPUS, Google Scholar and Springerlink.

Additionally, a Book of Abstractswill be distributed on electronic support to the participants at the beginning of the conference.Please assign your contribution to one of the main listed topics and indicate whether you prefer an oral or poster presentation.

The abstracts must be written in English, using MS Word then converted into PDF format and should not exceedone A4 page.

The authors should outline the performed work, methodology, results and their interpretation.

Please note that a maximum of two contributed papers can be published in the Proceedings for one paid registration fee.

2. Recommendations for textediting

(i)Type the Title(Times New Roman 12, bold, centered) followed by one empty line, the author’s name (Times New Roman 12, normal, centered) and their affiliation, address for communication, email address(Times New Roman 11, Italic, centered). The presenting/corresponding author should be underlined. Leave two empty lines and proceed with the main abstract text (justified left and right).

(ii)The abstract body should be written using Times New Roman 11 font and single-line spacing on A4 format, keeping 2.5 cm margins all around the text.

(iii)Figures and tables may be included in the abstract. A caption (TimesNew Roman 10, normal) should be provided be written under each figure and above each table.

(iv)The page should not be numbered.
