The EverGreen PTO would like to thank everyone for their help! By volunteering, donating, and attending, you madeboth Spooky Science Night and Bingo Night a big success. We hope you had a great time and look forward to seeing you again at our upcoming events.Thanks to YOU, we’ve had a GREAT year already and are excited to announce the purchase of 3 sets of tiered risers for our students to stand on during concerts. These will help us to see and hear our students better while they perform. We were also able to purchase 3 portable play houses for the Taylor building students to use during recess.

Thursday, November 12- Noodles & Co. 4:30-7:30pm
Please join us for dinner and look at our students’ artwork displayed inside. Kids get a FREE meal, with adult purchase. Make sure to mention that you’re there for EverGreen, as 25% comes back to us.
Monday, November 16- Chip Shoppe Order Pick Up 3-5pm
Come pick up your Chip Shoppe orders at the Church gym across from the Lathrop building.
Thursday & Friday, November 19 & 20- Bake Sale 10:30am-12:30pm
Both buildings will be having a bake sale. Items will be priced $.25 - $1.00.We need volunteers to work the sale at both buildings and bakers to donate their goods. You can drop off your treats the morning of the 19th and we will do the rest. No school store this week!
Black Friday, November 27- Barnes and Noble Gift Wrapping 8am - 11pm
We need volunteers to wrap gifts at Barnes and Noble for donations. It is a free service for shoppers that day, with a suggested donation into our decorative tip jar.
Thursday, December 3- Next PTO Meeting at the Lathrop Building 6pm

We are VERY excited to announce that the PTO school store will now be held every Wednesday at both buildings, unless we notify you otherwise. We will not be having school store the week of the bake sale. We’ve had much success so far and will be rotating new items as others sell out.
Looking forward to December
- We are looking for business donations of gift cards, or goods, to use in raffle baskets at our upcoming concerts. These donations will create baskets and you place your tickets in the basket you’d like to win. Tickets will be $2 each or 3 for $5. Please help us in asking our local businesses for support. We have a donation letter we can provide you, just let us know.
For the holidays, and in place of school store, we will have having a ‘Holiday Shop’ where kids can purchase surprise gifts for their family members. The prices will range from .25 cents - $13.We will provide free gift wrapping so the kids can keep their presents a surprise. More details to come, but mention to your students so they can save money or earn allowances to put towards picking out and purchasing their gifts to give.
