Dear Comrades,
We are extremely pleased to inform you that the Lucknow Telecom District is hosting the Circle Conference of AIBSNLEA UP(East) Circle at RaiUmaNath Bali AudotoriumLucknow on 20th & 21th January 2018. Pre- CEC will be held at above place Lucknow on 20th January 2018 (F/N). The Venue is approximately 5 Km from the Lucknow Railway Station.
All District/Branch Secretaries should ensure that the election of delegates of their District/Branch for Circle Conference is done strictly in accordance with the various provisions of the constitution of our Association, before the Circle Conference. No Branch shall elect delegates in excess of the permissible limit. The number of delegates, for the purpose of their election shall be computed on the basis of one for every fifteen paid up members or part there of, being not less than ten, subject to a minimum of one per Branch/District. PHQ Office Bearers and District/Branch Secretaries shall be ex-officio delegates, sharing the voting power of the branches where they are primary members.
All the DS are requested that, election of their branch/district must be done/notified, before the Circle Conference, if their tenure exceeded for more than two years. The list of elected delegates may be sent to Circle Secretary/Organising Secretary well in advance via email.
It should be ensured that the CHQ/PHQ pending quotas are to be cleared up to December, 2017. It has also been decided the ‘Delegation Fee” will be Rs. 2000/- per delegate. Moreover, all the Branches should also have to deposit Rs.250/- per member as ‘Conference Fee’ to meet out the huge expenditure of the Conference. The Districts/Branches may also make payment directly to the Association’s Circle Treasurer. District/Branch Secretaries are requested to intimate ‘Number of delegates & their arrival/stay particulars’ to any of the comrades mentioned below:
