Our local mission to WWU, WCC, SVC, as well our International Student Ministry are all seeing growing impact as well as numerical growth. We are blessed by the dedication of our student leaders who continue to be an exemplary expression of leadership to ministries around the nation as they volunteer 15 hours every week to reach and mentor fellow students!

•Come join 500+ students any Friday night of a quarter in Arntzen Hall 100 @ WWU @ 7PM –– you’ll be blessed! Due to our fellowship outgrowing the number of seats in AH 100, we have expanded to two simultaneous services - one in AH 100, and one in a classroom directly below it. Through the use of technology, we are able to simulcast the sermon. This has meant more details and planning - two worship teams each week, two tech teams, etc. The Lord provides each week, and even on a week where everything seemed to go wrong from a technical standpoint, a student came to know the Lord!

•This year about 70 student leaders are leading small groups on all three campuses and meeting personally with students each week.

•UCM currently has 11 Campus Ministry Interns participating in our ten-month post-undergraduate program. We are preparing to interview 13 applicants for the 2011-2012 internship.

•This past year 93 students and 11 campus pastors attended the May and June Student Institute of Campus Ministry, for an all-time attendance record. Folks came from University of Texas – Dallas, Nicholls State University, UC Berkley, UC Santa Barbara, University of Idaho, Brown, University of New Hampshire, Montana State University – Northern, Carroll College, UBC, Simon Fraser University, CWU, EWU, UW, WSU and our own fellowship. Thank you to the many families that opened up their homes to host these growing disciples!

•Around 50 CCF students are visiting local area nursing homes each week and 150 students are taking the two-quarter long Discipleship: The Heart of the Christian Life class taught by Brady. This past year UCM staff also offered a number of other biblical based classes and seminars.

•This coming spring break we are sending out Student Spring Impact (SSI ) teams to San Francisco and nine college campuses around the United States/BC - a total of 123 students being sent out.

We celebrate Hillcrest for being so supportive of our work—and we celebrate all of you who partner with us in our outreach be it through praying, giving, welcoming our students into the community, hosting SICM students, making food, helping out with various events and any other number of ways. Thank you!
