  1. A benefit using the electronic spell check is that it can locate simple keying errors. A limitation is that if the paragraph have more than a simple keying error the spell check will not detect it and that’s why we have to check by ourselves the paragraph. A benefit for writing analysis software is that it can help you improve your writing. It helps find misspellings and writing errors. But a limitation is that the software cannot work by itself. You have to use others programs with it to have a successful writing.
  1. Explain the importance of creating a visually appealing document, and provide four guidelines for accomplishing this objective.

An effective design will enable you to highlight important information for maximum attention and to transition a receiver smoothly through sections of a long, complex document. Add visual enhancements only when they aid in comprehension. Overuse will cause your document to appear cluttered and will defeat purpose of creating an appealing, easy-to-read document.

  1. The instantaneous communication affects the proofreading stage because people think the computer (technology) fixes all errors they made writing a document. They don’t know that a simple error can change the meaning of a word or paragraph. When people are going to send a fax or write a letter to others, they have to use the proofreading stage to review their writing and improve it if needs to. A grammatical error can be the differences of a clear message or a misunderstood message. People have to check their documents before send it or show it to others for common errors that can cause misunderstanding and can cause problems in the future of the company or even in their lives.

  1. Use the spell check to locate simple keying errors and repeated works.

  6. Edit for format and layout.
