RE: Youth Leadership Cabinet Mini-Grant Application
Under the direction of United Way of the Brazos Valley’s Youth Leadership Cabinet, student leaders from A&M Consolidated, Bryan High School, Bryan Collegiate, College Station High School, Rudder High School, Timber Academy, and Allen Academy conducted a Fundraising Campaign. As a result of these efforts, the Youth Leadership Cabinet is pleased to announce the release of their 2016 Mini-Grant Application.
To be eligible for one of these grants, agencies must be a Brazos Valley 501(c)3 nonprofit organization and demonstrate a direct impact in the areas of Education, Financial Stability, and/or Health. Requests should range from $500 to $1,500 and list specific needs for these funds with details on how it will be used.
Below you will find the grant application that was developed by the Youth Leadership Cabinet. All applications must be received at the United Way office by 5:00pm on Thursday, March 31, 2016. Applications can be mailed or delivered to the address below, faxed to 979-696-4490, or emailed to .

Funds will be distributed at a press conference and check presentation on Thursday, April 28, 2016 at 4:45pm. The press conference and check presentation will be held during the United Way Board of Directors meeting at United Way of the Brazos Valley (909 Southwest Parkway East, College Station, TX 77840). Attendance from awarded agencies is requested and awards will be confirmed via letter by April 15, 2016. It is the request of the Youth Leadership Cabinet that these funds be used during the 2016 calendar year.
