FOR SUPPORT STAFF POSITIONS

The Board of Education of the Unified School District of DePere is seeking qualified candidates for the following position:

Secretary II – Health Secretary

·  School year position

·  Anticipated hours: 7 hours per day - 7:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Monday - Friday

·  Anticipated start date: September 27, 2017

·  Wage rate: $14.46 per hour

·  Anticipated location: Altmayer Elementary

Qualifications:

1.   High school degree / GED and one year vocational degree in health or equivalent; as a minimum, completion of nationally recognized first aid training and CPR certification.

2.   Basic keyboarding skills

3.   Ability to accurately complete all work assignments.

4.   Basic understanding of office software including word processing, spreadsheets and data management.

5.   Ability to maintain confidential information.

6.   Demonstrated ability to work with children of the appropriate age as evidenced by prior experience with youth.

7.   Ability to deal under stress, deal with distraught or emotional members of the public, students and parents.
