Month 1 – Submit the following:
  1. Monthly Progress Report
  2. National Immunization Day (Polio campaign) materials 2017: Draft Scope of work for the agency
  3. Amitabh Bachchan Campaign for RI:
  4. Submit approval letter from MoHFW of final TVCs and collateral package already submitted
  5. Collate and submit the pretest report
  6. Mobile based IPC tool for SMNet and BCC kit for PHCs: Collate content / materials for use

Month 2 – Submit the following:
  1. Monthly Progress Report
  2. National Immunization Day (Polio campaign) materials 2017:
  3. Finalize technical evaluation of bids (Creative Agency)
  4. Draft creative brief.
  5. Amitabh Bachchan Campaign for RI
  6. Final production of motivational film and video FAQs on immunization
  7. Final TVC / Radio Spot / Press Ad / Poster / FAQs / collaterals (Language versions as required)
  1. Develop media plans for airing of communication campaigns for Routine Immunization (RI) and Mission Indradhanush (MI)
  2. Terms of reference for selection of a media planning agency
  3. Finalize technical evaluation of bids
/ End July 2016
Month 3 – Submit the following:
  1. Monthly Progress Report
  2. National Immunization Day (Polio campaign) materials 2017: Pre-test report of finalized routes / materials
  3. Amitabh Bachchan Campaign for RI:
  1. Document minutes of the meeting with partners / MoHFW approving the campaign for release.
  2. Finalize and hand over of telecast ready materials / prototypes to MoHFW
  1. Develop media plans for airing of communication campaigns for Routine Immunization (RI) and Mission Indradhanush (MI)
  1. Complete selection of media agency
  2. Technically vet the final Media plan for airing for approval by MoHFW
/ End August 2016
Month 4 – Submit the following:
  1. Monthly Progress Report
  2. National Immunization Day (Polio campaign) materials 2017:
  1. Final TVC / Radio Spot / Press Ad / Poster / FAQs (language versions as required)
  2. Minutes of the meeting with partners / MoHFW approving the campaign for release.
  1. Mobile based IPC tool for SMNet and BCC kit for PHCs:Finalize and submit pretest report

Month 5 – Submit the following:
  1. Monthly Progress Report
  2. National Immunization Day (Polio campaign) materials 2017:Finalize and hand over of telecast ready materials / prototypes to MoHFW
  3. Mobile based IPC tool for SMNet and BCC kit for PHCs
  1. Final SD card content / BCC kit content
  2. Finalize and submit guidelines for use of the materials
  3. Prepare dissemination plan for distribution of SD cards to 8000 SMNet and BCC kits to 3000 PHCs

Month 6 – Submit the following:
  1. Monthly Progress Report
  2. Mobile based IPC tool for SMNet and BCC kit for PHCs: Finalize mobile application for tracking use of AV materials for IPC with an agency
/ End November 2016
Month 7 – Submit the following:
  1. Monthly Progress Report
  2. Mobile based IPC tool for SMNet and BCC kit for PHCs
  1. Reports and dashboards for mobile app testing
  2. Final Report
/ End December 2016

Note:Travel as required/agreed with the Supervisor will be reimbursed on actuals on receipt of a travel claim with supporting documents and invoices.

Per Diem will be reimbursed at UNICEF consultant rates

The consultant is required to make own arrangements for travel and stay

Payment will be made against receipt and acceptance of deliverables on a monthly basis.
