Veterans First Point (V1P) opened in April 2009 and was established to assist ex-service personnel with welfare and mental health concerns. Its aim is to provide a one-stop shop for veterans and their families living in Lothian.

V1P will be hosting a conference on the 20th November to discuss the current needs of the veteran community, how these needs are being met and to reflect on the work of V1P over the last three years. A number of guest speakers will be presenting on a variety of topics around working with veterans with mental health needs. Please see the attached programme for full details.
