Rosettes & vouchers 1st to 3rd place in each class kindly sponsored by Blue Chip Feed

First 6 in each class qualify for Championships to be held on Saturday 24th March 2018.

Rosettes and Prizes 1st to 3rd at the Championships will be provided by Blue Chip Feed.

Entries close the preceding Monday at 12 noon. Late entries will be taken at a £2 charge per class. If classes are full a waiting list will be kept.

Withdrawals: - In the unfortunate event of withdrawal, please advise the secretary by mid-day Wednesday prior to the competition.

We regret no refunds will be made after midday Wednesday.

Classes will be judged under BD rules.

Horses may only enter once in each class competitively.

RULES & CONDITIONS:

SRC and / or the organising committee cannot be held responsible for any accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, ponies, riders, owners, grooms, ground spectators or any other person or property whatsoever other than liability for refund of entry fee in the event of abandonment of the competition.

OPEN/RESTRICTED SECTIONS:

Classes at Introductory and Preliminary level will be split into OPEN and RESTRICTED sections if there are more than six starters. The RESTRICTEDsection is open only to combinations who have not been placed first or second at the level of the class or above more than three times with a score of more than 65.00% or who have not been placed first or second at a Championship at the level of the class or above. The OPEN section is open to all, including horses/ponies and riders who are currently registered with British Dressage. The appropriate classes at Championships will also be split accordingly.

HEALTH & SAFETY:

The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all officials and steward. All riders when riding, whether competing or not, must wear hard hats marked BS / EN 1384, PAS015 or prefixed with ASTM or SE1 with a strap properly adjusted and fastened. Correct dress and footwear to be worn. Entries accepted at rider’s risk. The organisers reserve the right to refuse an entry at their discretion, cancel, amend or amalgamate any class for any reason whatsoever. The organisers’ decision is final
