Standard Email SignaturesRelease Date: Feb. 1, 2016 | Version 1.1

There are three standard signature options provided below: One for the UCSF School of Dentistry, one for UCSF Dental Center, and a combined signature that may be used if you identify with both.

For Outlook on PC:

Copy the appropriate signature from the document below using Control-C.

Go to Outlook menu, selectFile, then Options, then Mail, then Signatures.

Edit your existing signature or create a new one by clicking on “New.”

Paste the signature block into the Outlook signatures window using Control-V.

Update the standard signature with your personal information (see completed examples on Pages 3 and 4 of this document).

You may add or delete information based upon the complexity of your personal contact information. Please try to adhere to the general format of these templates and do not add extraneous graphics or other elements to the design.

For Outlook on Mac:

Copy the appropriate signature from the document below using Command-C.

Go to the Outlook menu, select Preferences, then select Signatures.

Edit your existing signature or click on the + button to create a new one.

Paste the signature block into the Outlooks signatures window using Command-V.
