You’ve heard us all talking about it, and you can ask anyone who’s been there. This is the trip of the year with non-stop entertainment and music! If the sun, surf, beaches and volleyball are your thing, we’ve got it. If you want to participate in a Half-Marathon, it’s right here! If Happy Hour, dancing, and big name live music until the late hours of the evening do it for you, we’ve got that too. You can have it all!
Join us for the Annual SCWDC (Ski Club of Washington, DC)and FSC (Frederick Ski Club)Virginia Beach Labor Day Trip. We’ll depart from Northern Virginia by bus on Friday, September 1, at 10 a.m.,drive to Virginia Beach, and spend the next three days partying at the Schooner Inn.( is a beach front upscale location less than 3 blocks away from the 5th Street Stage - the main venue throughout the Virginia Beach Music Festival.Check the website:for this year’s lineup. This is also a short walk from Rudee Inlet, a favorite dining spot on our trip. After days of sun, nights of music, lots of great food, and more fun than those crows can count, we’ll get back on the bus Monday afternoon, September4, and return to our Northern Virginia point of departure.
The price for the trip is$525 - New Beachfront Upscale Location- Guests add $50.
Seating on the bus is limited so sign up early to reserve you seat.
The price is per person based on double occupancy and includes bus transportation, snacks and beverages on the bus, lodging for 3 nights, and an SCWDC/FSC Happy Hour every evening at the hotel.
$250 deposit due at signup; remainder due August 1, 2017.
Full payment due if signing up after August 1.
