TWO MILE RUN COUNTY PARK CAMPING AGREEMENT
Procedures: A 50% deposit is due within 30 business days of receiving this agreement to confirm and guarantee your reservation. Return this copy with your payment to the address shown above. Make checks payable to “TWO MILE RUN COUNTY PARK”. Refunds will only be made for cancellations requested a minimum of 30 days prior to the reservation date. There are no weather related refunds and no refunds for failure to show. If you cancel your reservation after paying the 50% deposit or payment in full, you may request a refund which will come from the Venango County Treasurer’s Office and may take 3-6 weeks. Please enclose a self- addressed stamped envelope if you would like a receipt.
Future Reservations: You may reserve your current campsite for next year by close of business the day of check-out. If not rebooked, your current campsite will be open at 9:00am the following day after you check-out to anyone. Reservations CANNOT be made by email or phone message. You must speak to an office clerk during office hours. All future reservations must accompany a 50% deposit or be paid in full.
Check-In/Check-out Times: Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check-out Time is noon on the day you are leaving, if you would like to stay an extra day you must check with the Park Office before noon.
Rules and Regulations: A full list of rules and regulations is available at the Park Office in the Nature Lodge and also posted throughout the campground. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES PERMITTED! Quiet time is from 10 pm till 8 am. No excessive noise (loud music, yelling, etc). Absolutely NO FIREWORKS of any kind. Campfires are permitted only in the fire ring provided. NO CHAINSAWS PREMITTED. FIREWOOD is available for sale at the Nature Lodge. Free starter wood is in the shed beside the restroom facility. Please do not import/export firewood. Running a generator between 10 pm and 8 am is strictly prohibited. Camp Host: The camp host is located in site B-1.
