SISTERS AND BROTHERS, WE CANNOT EXPRESS ENOUGH THE IMPORTANCE OF YOUR STAYING AT THE DOUBLETREE HOTEL-RIVERSIDE. WE ARE A SMALL JURISDICTION AND NEED YOUR SUPPORT IN ORDER TO HAVE THE NECESSARY CONVENTION FACILITY SPACE. YOUR WGM & WGP.
You are responsible for making your own housing arrangements. Be sure and specify you are attending the “Eastern Star” meeting to get the special rates at the Doubletree Hotel-Riverside. They request a first night deposit to guarantee your reservation. PLEASE be sure to include the names of all persons who will be sharing the room. Be sure you request a WRITTEN CONFIRMATION.
The Eastern Star-Block of rooms is being held for our reservations until May 10, 2005. Reservations made after that date will be only by space available, and may be at a higher rate.
