Attendance: Arlene Manalo, Cheri Johnson, Michel DeRousse, Laura Minervini, Stephanie Boccieri, Susan Mabry, Christine Vorst, Amanda Vernon, Meredith Hoffmann, Dana Archibald, Kim Marks, Linda Kupfer
Cheri motioned to approve the November 2015 minutes. Arlene seconded. All approved.
Mr. Archibald asked for a status on the Hurricane’s coupon book fundraiser. Cheri motions to charge $5.00 per coupon book. Mr. Archibald seconded. All approved. The books will be pre-sold.
Mr. Archibald informed us that the playgroundrenovation will begin on Wednesday, December 9th. The first phase will include the ground cover. He also informed us that the FIE clean-up day is confirmed for Saturday, December 12th.
Our next FIE Spirit Night will be held at Island Life Grill on 12/16.
Laura informed us that we have raised $180 with the TaxSlayer Bowl fundraiser. The BoosterThon fundraiser has been postponed to the Fall 2016. We have been offered 11/7/2016-11/17/2016. The Pep Rally would be held on 11/7/16 and the Fun Run would be held on 11/17/16. Laura motions to approve these dates. Cheri seconded. All approved to hold BoosterThon 11/7/16 through 11/17/2016. The Read-A-Thon will be held 2/17/16 through 2/26/16. Laura and Michel will talk to Sarah Giacomen about the details of the fundraiser.
All Angel Tree tags have been adopted.

Meredith has nothing new to report.
Christine suggested looking into the Player’s Championship “Chip In For Youth” fundraiser to be held 5/10/16- 5/15/16. We could pre-purchase and then sell the tickets. She informed us that all FIE volunteers are registered in the database. A splash page is up for the PFA. A shield is up and is linked to our Facebook page. The website address is
Susan informed us that $480 has been raised for the birthday marquee. A new flyer will go out at the beginning of the New Year.
January 12th will be our next PFA meeting.
One of our long term/hardworking volunteers, Deborah McDonald, is moving. Laura motioned to purchase a $50 Amazon gift card as a “Thank You” to her service. Arlene seconded. All approved.
