TUCSON METRO SOCCER LEAGUE BOARD MEETING
February 9, 2011
Call to Order at 6:36 p.m.
Present: Carl Piccarreta, Eddie Betterton, Tom Davis, Steve Swain, Adam Roth, Bill Phillips, Chris Thomas
Absent: Brad Herbert, Eddie Suh, Philip Cardnell, Diego Morales, Ebie Aldaghie, TBD
Guests: Tony Torres,
I. MINUTES:
The minutes from the December and January meeting were approved.
II. TREASURER’S REPORT:
See Attached.
III. OLD BUSINESS
A. TMSL Cup (Playoffs)
There will be no games on March 6th due to Giebner Cup. The season will end on March 13th. The TMSL cup will begin on March 20th ending April 3rd or April 10th if there is a league wide cancelation. (Memo to be sent to captains on time)
B. Deadline for player addition for TMSL Cup (playoffs)

IV. NEW BUSINESS
A. Scott Allen Brown Foundation
Tony Torres came and talked to the board about how the fields at Udall are now named the Scott Allen Brown Soccer Fields at Morris K. Udall Park (Brown Udall). He asked that we now reference the fields as such in the schedules. A motion was made to refer to Golf Links, Lincoln, and Udall in our schedule now as Giebner Links, Brown Udall, and Placencia Lincoln.
B. Empty Body Position
Chris Thomas was voted onto the board with a vote of (3-2)
The meeting was adjourned at 8:01 p.m.
The next meeting of the Tucson Metro Soccer League Board of Directors will be on March 16, 2011, at 6:30 p.m. at the offices of Piccarreta Davis PC, 145 South Sixth Avenue, located on the northeast corner of South Sixth Avenue and 12th Street. Parking is to the east of the building with entrance to the building from the parking lot. The meeting will start at 6:30 p.m. sharp.
