FACILITY: Indoor, 50 meters x 25 yards, 8 lanes (a warm-down lane will be available throughout the duration of the meet at the discretion of the meet referee). Pool depth at the start end is 13 ½” and 3 ½’ at the turn end. The competition course has not been certified in accordance with 104.2.2C (4). Colorado Timing System, parking available, seating for 500 spectators. Snack bar will be open throughout the meet. Men’s and Women’s locker rooms. Open pool deck areas available for swimmers, coaches and officials only. Facility is accessible for adaptive swimmers.
RESTRICTIONS: Tobacco products, alcoholic beverages and glass containers are not allowed in the facility. Shaving is not permitted in the facility.
RULES: Current USA Swimming, Inc. and Oregon Swimming, Inc. rules will govern this meet.
SAFETY CODE: Current Oregon Swimming Safety Guidelines and Warm-up Procedures will be in effect.

ENTRY LIMIT: Swimmers may enter a maximum of three events per day.
MEET LIMIT: First 350 entrants per session (approximately 700 total), or numbers to keep a less than 4 hour time line per session.
ELIGIBILITY: Swimmers must be currently registered with U.S.A. Swimming or registered in a foreign swimming federation. NO ON DECK REGISTRATION SHALL BE PERMITTED. Swimmers must be within the listed age brackets as of July 9, 2010.
NO COACH
PRESENT: For unattached swimmers or swimmers whose coach is not attending the meet, it is the swimmer’s responsibility to arrange for a USA Swimming certified coach to be responsible for the swimmer. Please see the Meet Director or the Meet Referee if assistance is needed upon arrival at the meet.
CHECK-IN: Events 400m and longer will be deck seeded (Events 1-4, 45, 46, 59 and 60). Coaches will be responsible for the positive check-in of their swimmers.
ENTRIES:
1. Submit LONG COURSE METER TIMES ONLY.
2. Ages and USA Swimming registration numbers must be included.
3. HY-TEK Meet Manager Software will be used. Please submit entries via Hy-Tek COMMLINK file. Please send a hard copy of Entry Report by mail with your entry fee check, along with a Meet Entry Fee Report, even if you send entries by e-mail. Include on the Master Entry Form or Entry Summary sheet:

BULLPEN There will be a bullpen for 8 & U swimmers.
AWARDS: 1st to 8th place ribbons. Events will be awarded as follows: 8-U, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14 and 15-O. Awards not picked up after the meet will be mailed.
MEETINGS: A coaches meeting may be held 15 minutes prior to start of each session.
An officials meeting will be held 45 minutes prior to start of each session.
OFFICIALS: We always appreciate the help of Certified Officials from other clubs; if you will be attending this meet please notify Peggy Lee at so your name can be added to the schedule.
TIMERS: Each team will have lanes designated to them based on the total number of swimmers entered. Competitors in events # 3 and 4 are required to supply two timers and a person to count laps (if needed).

*Event 3 & 4 will be swum fastest to slowest. Swimmers must provide their own timers and personnel to count laps. This event may also be swum 2 per lane at the discretion of the meet referee.
**Events 45, 46, 59 and 60 may be limited to the fastest 3 heats per gender at the discretion of the meet referee.
***Events 19 – 22, and 47 – 50 will have a prelim at the start of the session and a final at the conclusion of the session. The final will commence 20 minutes after the conclusion of events 32 and 60. Finals will consist of the top 3 over all swimmers, the top 8 15 & Over swimmers and the top 8 13-14 swimmers and will be Championship seeded.
