Truth & Lies
Truth is it really the best?
Lies are they really the worst?
Truth and lies are like the sun and the moon
People know which one is the best
But they still seem to diminish the other one
Take a look at their definitions:
Lie: An intentionally false statement.
Truth: That which is in accordance with fact or reality
Aren’t they too bias, too different?
People understand it as if it’s like:
Truth isA-A-A-A-A-A
As in good
And Lies are: Oh-Oh-Oh-Oh-Oh-Oh
As in bad
Lies,they send different signals
They send different messages
They send different ideas
They create whole different stories
Or at least that’s everybody’s understanding
Truth it gives you the cold hard truth
It might hurt it, might be good
Truth gives you no option at all
You know it all with the truth
Are truths the best or the worst?
People think truths are like wonderland where the sky is blue,
It smells coco all around, you feel greatness
And see nothing but beautifulness
Truths talk without protecting
Truths are straightforward
Lies they give you room
Room to avoid or work with
People misunderstand lies
We believe lies are all bad
We believe the truth is always good
But then are we all bad?
We have all lied plenty of times
No matter how much someone can mean to you
Everybody will lie
You have to understand there was a reason
Good or bad it doesn’t matter
Forgive, love and don’t look back
You’ve lied yourself for your own reasons
Trust, it is key, its crucial
Trust gives you power to overcome barriers
Like lies and mistruths
If you have trust, you will overcome!
Truths are lies
Lies are truths
Lies they might make you want to die
Truths they might make you feel youth
That’s the power behind them
You must understand that some thingsyou might believe to be true
Others might not
It’s the things like this
That makes you keep fighting
Fighting to forgive those horrible lies or truths
So when trying to forget a lie told, look back
Understand that lies are not hell on earth
There not what you might think they are
Understand that both lies and truths can hurt significantly
People think I’m a lazy pretentious lair but I’m actually protecting them!
