Call center experience and PHR or SPHR strongly preferred.
Responsibilities will include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Partner with management in planning, design, implementation and evaluation of organization structure and development initiatives.
  • Volume recruiting - screener of potential candidates. Involved with internal job postings, external recruiting, temporary agencies, schedule interviews, make offers of employment, etc.
  • Continue to develop the Inside Sales human resources strategy with the HR leadership team and site management
  • Act as a strategic business partner by aligning HR goals and objectives to the overall contact center business strategy.
  • Remain current on all regulatory and legal changes regarding HR compliance and requirements to ensure call center policies and procedures comply with legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions
  • Provide advice and guidance to center management and employees in the interpretation of company/HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Continually develop and structure the organization to grow and adapt to changes in the business and industry – acting as catalyst for change management, providing leadership in these initiatives.
  • Administer performance management processes to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization and to reward and retain people who continue to make valuable contributions to the company.
  • Administer compensation program to ensure compliance and equity
  • Foster positive employee relations, meaningful communication programs, and coordinate organization-sponsored employee services and activities in order to enhance the company culture.
  • Handle escalated employee relations issues through conflict resolution, proper investigation, analysis, and decisions on facts, causes, and recommendations for corrective action that are compliant with company policy, federal/state law, and that support cultural norms.
  • Oversee on-boarding and off-boarding programs to foster new employee commitment, set performance and conduct expectations, and build accountability and positive attitude toward company values and strategy.
  • Maintain personnel records such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations, and employee statistics for reporting.
  • Develop spreadsheets, on-line HR tools, systems, and/or other creative and simple techniques for preparing and presenting data to monitor and measure HR effectiveness, productivity, and costs.

Requirements:

  • 2 -5 years of HR experience and recruiting experience
  • 1+ years experience in an HR role for a sales/call center operation
  • Been involved in the full cycle of hiring process, including on-boarding
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, Power point, and Outlook
  • Must be very comfortable with computer use in general, with an interest in and aptitude for learning new programs and applications
  • Well developed team skills, unquestioned integrity, and the experience, confidence and presence to effectively handle sensitive HR issues
  • Proven to be business savvy, a quick study, easily adapt to change, have strong organizational skills, and a detail oriented approach to day to day work flow and document management.
  • Demonstrated skills in managing confidential information, including maintaining employee records, documentation, and database.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or other related discipline, or the equivalent knowledge and experience is required.Professional certification in Human Resources preferred.
