You will need to have the volunteer paperwork on file through the district. Do this online at BLMS website under volunteers, (go to the end and check Mychecklist to see that you checked each box so that you are not stuck in Pending!)If we have too many chaperones we will select by first confirmation email. Please help us to balance our male and female chaperones as well.

Rooming: to provide the price we do the students are housed 4 to a room and the chaperones are housed 2 to a room. You do have a choice of roommate if you like. If a chaperone and a student choose to room together or a chaperone chooses to be in a single room that is a price upgrade for you. Please contact us and we will let you know that price.

We will have a mandatory parent meeting around the first week of April where you will get a packet of paperwork, lots of information, the nurse will be there to talk about how your teachers dispense student medication, how to bring medication on the trip, etc. If your student has conditions that we should know about for an extended overnight trip(sleep disorders, severe allergies, etc.) please contact us. If they are serious, please consider chaperoning the trip to insure that all your child’s needs are met.
