Transport (Infringements) (Tow Truck) Regulations 2005

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1.Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Transport (Infringements) Regulations 1999 to update references to tow truck infringements as a result of the making of the Transport (Tow Truck) Regulations 2005.

2.Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 215 of the Transport Act 1983.

3.Commencement

(1)Subject to sub-regulation (2), these Regulations come into operation on 15 November 2005.

(2)Regulation 4 comes into operation on 1 December 2005.

4.Amendment of regulation 210

r. 4

In regulation 210(b) of the Transport (Infringements) Regulations 1999[1], for "$20" substitute "$30".

5.Amendment of Schedule 3

In Schedule 3 to the Transport (Infringements) Regulations 1999, for the heading "Transport (Tow-Truck) Regulations 1994" and all entries after that heading substitute—
