Ohio National in partnership with SOGO Wealth & Risk Management is currently seeking Wealth Advisors for San Antonio and the surrounding area. Be a part of a winning team! Ohio National offers competitive contracts for Career Agents, Associate General Agents (supplement to Career Agent contract), and Producer (Broker) Agents.
We are seeking highly motivated, entrepreneurial minded individuals looking for an opportunity and not just another job. We are not looking for employees, but seeking a business partner who can help us continue to grow and develop our firm and our San Antonio team of Ohio National Wealth Advisors. Candidates need to be motivated, persevering and have a strong desire to develop their own practice in a supportive and strong-cultured environment.
Training & Support:
- Mentorship program to assist new advisors in utilizing their skills in real life situations.
- The opportunity to receive industry-leading training to prepare our wealth advisors to specialize in comprehensive wealth management strategies that focus on the tax treatment of assets.
- Classes focus on sales processes, prospecting strategies, gaining referrals, closing techniques, etc., as well as comprehensive product and wealth management strategy training.
- Technical support from SOGO, a well-established and growing firm with a strong reputation and resources necessary to assist our advisors in growing their financial practices.

Expectations:
- The ideal associate is ambitious, has extraordinary interpersonal skills, is entrepreneurial minded and resilient.
- They must have a strong desire to develop relationships and help their clients make decisive, impactful and action oriented plans for their future and the future of those that depend on them.
- Must possess the ability to get required licenses/certifications or currently hold Group 1 License.
- Series 6/63 is beneficial but not required for consideration.
- 1-2 years of sales or business experience is preferred.
- Must have a minimum of a high school diploma - a bachelor's degree in a business related discipline is highly encouraged.
