50 -50 CLUB
Trafford Senior Netball Club is introducing a ‘50-50 Club’ to raise much needed funds for further development of the club. This type of scheme is commonly run amongst clubs and charities as a form of additional revenue.
It's very simple... All you have to do is buy a number (1 – 100) which will be allocated to you at £1.00 per month or £12 per annum. You increase your chances of winning with the more numbers you purchase.
Each month, all the stakes are pooled together and 50% of the monthly prize money goes to one lucky winner who is drawn at the last training session of each month. So, the more money in the pot each month, the bigger the prize! The remaining 50% is donated to Trafford Senior Netball Club.
For example: If we reach maximum numbers allocated of 100 each calendar month, this would provide a prize fund of £100which would give a lucky winner £50. The remaining £50 would go to Trafford Senior Netball funds. Over a 12 month period this would increase Trafford’s income by £600!!!!
The 50-50 Club is open to all members, friends and supporters of TraffordNC.

50-50 Club
1. Governance
1.1 Trafford Senior Netball 50-50 Club will be managed by the Trafford Senior Netball Club Executive Committee (Committee).
1.2 Membership is open to all affiliated players, friends and supporters of the Club.
1.3 Members of the 50-50 Club will be over 16 years of age.
1.4 No restriction will be placed on the amount of entries that may be purchased by any one individual.
1.5Draws will be made on a monthly calendar basis; the draw taking place at the first training session of the month.
1.6 The draw will take place in the presence of the ‘Sponsor’ (organiser of the draw, or appointed representative) and at least 2 members of the Committee.
1.7Members will be invited to witness the draw.
1.8The Executive Committee can terminate the Club at any point in time; any overpayments made by participants will be refunded by Trafford Senior Netball Club.
1.9 Any concerns or complaints relating to the running of the 50-50 Club shall be directed to the Executive Committee.
2 Membership and Subscriptions
2.1 Paymentcan be madein cash, cheque or by a separate Standing Order to TraffordSenior Netball Club, in addition to any instruction already in place for membership subscription(s).
2.2 Standing Orders should be payable to ‘Trafford Netball Club’,to the same account used for the membership subscription (details can be obtained from the Committee); the Order should be titled ‘50-50 Club’.
2.3 Payment should be received by the 7th day of the month preceding that which the draw is to take place (to enable bank receipts to be checked). Moneys received after this date will be included in the following month’s draw; the applicant(s) will not be entitled to participate in the current month’s draw.
2.3 The monthly fee will be £1.00 per number allocated.
2.4 In the event of non-payment by the due date, membership of the 50-50 Club will beterminated with immediate effect.
3 Prizes and Publicity
3.1 Only fully paid-up 50-50 Club members will be included in the monthly draw.

3.2 The prize fund will consist of 50% of the month’s income; the remaining 50% will be deposited in Trafford Senior Netball’s account.
3.3 A cash prizewill be allocated on the following basis:
First Prize = 1 X 50% of the income.
3.4 All prizes will be paid as cheques from the Trafford Senior Netball Club account.
3.5The monthly Prize Fund, together with the names of the winner will be published on the Trafford Senior Netball Club website each month, immediately after the draw has taken place.
