Please complete all sections in BLOCK CAPITALS. To ensure that we can process your application, it is really important that this form is completed fully. Therefore is there is an area of the form that you are not sure about, please ensure that you discuss this with your broker who will be happy to explain in more detail. You will need to sign the form in Sections 13 & 15. Please ensure that all parties to the mortgage complete and sign the form.
Section 15 is to confirm that all the information contained within the application form is complete and correct.
Section 12 is to confirm that you acknowledge the amount of the broker fee and that it is to be paid out of the mortgage balance on completion.
The issue of the formal mortgage offer of finance is subject to receipt of the full application, supplementary forms, satisfactory valuation, status and acceptance.
