The Provincial Food Processing Associations of Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia are working together on an Export Enhancement and Investment Attraction Project. This is a multiyear programwhich will continue to expand export trade to Asia and attract investment to western Canada.The Project is offering a series of Outgoing Trade Missions to Asia.

Previous Trade Missions under this programhave already resulted inincreased exports from Canada to Asia and also attracted investment capital and industry to Western Canada. This Mission will build on existing business relationships and seek out new customers in South East Asia. If you work in the food processing sector and wish to expand your export markets, or follow up with your existing customers in Asia or meet with new buyers or investors from Asia you should join this Mission.

The Trade Mission will be tailored to your specific needs as much as possible to include:

The Trade Mission will be inDavao, Philippines fromNovember 20 to November 22, Manila, Philippines from November 23 to November 26, and the final destination in Bangkok, Thailand from November 28 to December 1st, 2011. Optional tours* will be available in Thailand at the conclusion of the Trade Mission.
