Booking Details – Important - Please Read
1. The venue is a purpose-built exhibition centre with a bar, restaurant and good car parking facilities. The exhibition halls are ground floor with excellent unloading facilities and easy access to the car park. The show is held in two halls (main hall & banquet suite) both connected by short corridors. The show will be open to the public from 10 am to 3 pm (Sunday). Exhibitors will be admitted from 9.00 am Saturday and7.00 am Sunday. The Complex is located just off the A16 Spalding bypass (follow the brown Springfields tourist signs).
2. Halls are available for two days, Saturday 30thSeptember and Sunday 1stOctober, to enable setting up the day before if required – and using Saturday as a trader’s day. Only stall holders and assistants wearing passes will be admitted.
3. Stand space sizes (Traders):
a)Standard Space: 2.2m frontage x 2m depth including 1 table at £30.00 per unit
b)Block display unit: 3m frontage by 3m depth (No table included) at £50.00 per unit
c)Showing Only Space: 2.2m frontage x 2m depth including 1 table at £10.00 per unit
Note: limited availability of block display units.
The space units can be booked singly or in multiples. Additional tables (approximate size: 180cm x 60 cm) can be hired for £4 each, but can only be used in space already booked.
4. Booking forms should be returned before 1stSeptember 2017.
5. All items or services offered must be connected with tractors/machinery/farming.
6. Important: Your stall and goods must be inside your designated space. For safety reasons and to comply with fire regulations, no items or goods must encroach into the walkways or be placed against or near the fire doors. Neither must your stall or goods encroach into your neighbour’s stand area.
7. Only nominated exhibitors or stall personnel will be allowed in the halls before the doors open. We will operate a strict security system and ask for your co-operation in this by detailing the names of your nominated stallholders on the booking form. In line with other shows, exhibitor’s passes will be strictly limited to two per booking (except for large display stands by prior arrangement).
Please wear your passes on both days or you will not be admitted.
8. All stalls must be booked in the name of the trader/organisation – stalls are not transferable and subletting is strictly not allowed.
9. No motor vehicles may be taken into the exhibition halls. Any vehicles taken into the halls to form part of club stands/displays must not be run, and provision must be made so that no oil may drip on the floor. Any trailers or spares taken into the halls must not leave oil on floor.
10. Parking: After unloading, all exhibitors’ vehicles must be parked to the rear of the main hall or as directed by a steward. No vehicles to be parked or left unattended in front of or close to fire doors.
11. No dogs are allowed in the exhibition halls.
These rules have been drawn up in conjunction with the hirers of the halls, and must be strictly adhered to. Both the organisers and the hirers reserve the right to remove any person(s) deemed to be in breach of any of the above conditions.
