RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MAHWAH, COUNTY OF BERGEN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, ESTABLISHING A REGULAR/WORK SESSION MEETING SCHEDULE FOR THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT DURING THE PERIOD JULY 1, 2010 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2011.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Adjustment of the Township of Mahwah, in the County of Bergen and the State of New Jersey as follows:
PURSUANT TO Chapter 231, P.L. 1975, known as and hereinafter designated as the “Open Public Meetings Act” aforesaid, the Board of Adjustment of the Township of Mahwah hereby gives notice that it will meet on each of the dates set forth below, at the Municipal Building, 475 Corporate Drive, Mahwah, New Jersey.
The Regular Public/Work Session Meetings of the Board of Adjustment shall be held on the First and Third Wednesday of each month. The meetings will be held at 8:00 P.M in the Meeting Room, at the Municipal Building, 475 Corporate Drive, Mahwah, New Jersey. Formal Action may be taken at these meetings.
