NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Town of Merton Plan Commission at 6:00 P.M. on April 2nd, 2008 at the Town of Merton Town Hall,W314 N7624 Highway 83, North Lake, WI, to consider the Conditional Use request of the Town Hall Library, N76W31429 Highway VV, North Lake, WI 53064, to authorize the library to build an addition on to the existing building. The library currently stores a book collection and materials for public use, via check in and out. The property is described as follows: located in the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Sec 16, T8, R18, E. Part of Tax Key # MRTT 0349-974-002 & all of Tax Key # MRTT0349-001 ALL INTERESTED PARTIES WILL BE HEARD.
