EXPERIENCE:INTERIM SUPERINTENDENT:
Bowling Green R-I School District, Bowling Green, MO; 2011-Present.
Interim superintendent in charge supervising and leading four schools, seven administrators, 128 certified staff, 50 support staff, and approximately 1400 students. Duties in charge of include but are not limited to evaluations, budget, personnel, transportation, master calendar and schedule, professional development, curriculum, supplies and ordering, etc.
HIGH SCHOOL PRINCIPAL:
Bowling Green High School, Bowling Green, MO; 2008-2011.
Instructional leader of main building consisting of approximately 500 students and 45-50 certificated staff. Duties in charge of include teacher evaluations, budget, master calendar and schedule, professional development, curriculum, supplies and ordering, etc.
ADJUNCTUNIVERSITY PROFESSOR:
William Woods University, Fulton, MO; 2005-Present.
Served as an adjunct professor that taught cohorts for teachers that were earning their Masters Degree in Administration and/or Curriculum and Instruction. Class sizes ranged from 4 students – 25 students and classes were held on a six week basis where the students met four hours per night weekly. Classes taught included the following courses: Management of Classroom Environment, Supervision, School Law, Appraisal of Student Learning, Elementary and Secondary Administration, Elementary and Secondary Curriculum, and others.
