I. Call to Order
Chairperson Marx called the meeting to order at 9:03AM.
II. Approval of prior Meeting Minutes
Minutes 13-04; February 19, 2013
Ms. Bozeman moved to approve the minutes. Ms. Andren seconded. Motion carried unanimously.
III. Report from Chairperson Marx
It was suggested we develop a resource list and each member was asked to send names and contact numbers via email to Ms. Marx and Ms. Mercer of people who could be of assistance to us with our various events and projects.
IV. Projects
Archives- Ms. Andren
We need to review where we are. At least a half day is needed for a team to scan the archives with the goal of eventually making all the material available online. It is planned that Ms. Bozeman, Ms. Glass, Ms. Andren, Ms. Marx with the help of Stu Glass and Ronnie Constantino. Ms. Bozeman has tapes at her home located in a safe for secured keeping.

March 2014 Art Show
Next Community Event. It was discussed to offer the community a March 2014 Art Show at Eastminster Presbyterian Church for local artists only/local art. Ms. Bozeman mentioned Zip Code boundaries. Each artist might be asked to produce at least one Indialantic-themed piece. Participants would buy space. We could have a panel with a series of people presenting short talks relevant to Indialantic. Ms. Earp will contact church regarding event. Contact Brevard Watercolor Society and Brevard Cultural Alliance. Contact Tom Powers (www.tompowersart.com). Joan F. (spelling?).
V. Other
Ms. Milligan to contact Jackson Von and Ronnie Meehan who possibly have old photographs.
Ms. Marx suggested a Roundtable to be recorded. Develop a list of participants to be video and voice
recorded. Ms. Milligan to be the moderator of the event. Dan Abbott and/or Loren Goldfarb to record.
