Discussion with Stephen Taylor, the Home Occupation, Occupation approval of Zoning Permit #P2013-19. A discussion with Stephen regarding some noise concerns in regards to his trucking operation. He stated he currently has 2 employees and trucks might leave as early as 5 a.m. not always the 3 trucks he currently owns leave each day. They are still bringing in stone for the driveway, on the weekends which should end soon. This might be some of the concern with the noise. It was brought to Stephen’s attention that with the current number of 2 employees he has, he meets the maximum number of employees that can be employed in a home occupation. (This number does not include members of the household of said Home Occupation). If he intends to expand he would need state permits.

Phil Adams wanted to consult with the commission regarding tax map # 24-52-43.1, owned by Carl Sbardella. Phil wanted to verify that the line between Industrial and Residential areas were correct on the Zoning Map. The commission agreed that the map appears to be correct.
