The Flyway is trying to find out who owns the property next to them. Joe is going to call Mark Teuteberg at Oconto County Land Information to determine landowner.
Fire Department: Report by Rick Race:

The garage doors are done and the metal work is scheduled to be fixed
- Fire Department changes of command
Tim Albert retired from department but will still be active in the auxiliary. Todd Fontaine moved to
Captain, Bob Herouz moved to Safety Officer/Jr Coordinator both of these moves will be in place until the Elections in November, and Tim DuCharme leave of absence.
- Fire Department recruiting
Looking for 4-5 firefighters and ways to get new firefighters.
- MABAS Mutual Aid:
A new MABAS Agreement has been drafted with the County stating a fire department should have two engine or more fire engines to respond to a MABAS fire one engine needs to stay in their town for protection
- Junior Fire Fighters
Four Students applied and 3 showed up for training.

Sanitary District Report: Report Jean Hansen:
There were 3 new pumps placed at the plant, new pump placed at Pine Acres Golf Course, the grinder pump working well and Cedar Lane is good. Because of road work on Hwy 141 the ASD needs to raise one manhole up two feet.The digger’s hotline was called to locate the lines.The bills were paid for July.

The baseball fields were fertilized, the lady next door to the park doesn’t want anyone to park on the road next to her house.

a.)Having an annual Spring Clean-up Day next spring
With the cost of the clean up from the towns of Little River and Pensaukee. The Town will be placing this on next year’s agenda (2015),

a.)Closing road for Abrams Day
Motion Made by Don Demeny to Accept Resolution #55 for the temporary closing of Main St

b.)Winter roads maintenance for the Town expense and for County expense. Town expense is 28,290.82 plus 12,466.63 for fixing trucks and OCHD cost is 38,205.96. The Town Board
Wants more detail from different years 2011-2012 and 2012-2013,
c.)Guard Rails on 2 dangerous sections of Timberline.
Joe Reinhard will get a price quote of what it needs to place guard rails in these 2 sections.
d.. Russell Pine Court:
The stone on the road is on top of sand so the road can’t be chip seal.What needs to be done to build up the road then Double chip or black top it. Will place this on next year’s road repair list.
