(multiple tournaments may include all sanction fees on ONE check)
A $50.00 sanction fee will be assessed if the below criteria is not met.
· List of entered teams (including their 11-digit codes) is managed properly in AES for the Region Office to use for seeding AT LEAST 2 WEEKS prior to your tournament, and
· Tournament results were submitted in Excel Workbook to the Region Office using 11-digit CODES no later than end of day Monday following your tournament and,
· The tournament has been held in accordance with the proper format and guidelines outlined in this handbook
Clubs will be sent an invoice which will need to be paid within 10 business days. Non-payment will result in a club status of “not in good standing.” Receiving a sanction for non-compliance may result in denial of a tournament request the following season.
Applicant certifies that this tournament, the facilities, and the equipment meet the standards and requirements of USA Volleyball and the Evergreen Region, as set forth in the USAV Domestic Competition Regulations, the Participants’ Handbook, and the Tournament Procedures Handbook.
Applicant further certifies that the procedures set forth in this application will be strictly adhered to unless given specific written permission by the Regional Tournament Coordinator.
Formats not listed in the tournament handbook must be sent to the Tournament Coordinator 4 weeks (1 month) prior to your tournament for approval.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE REQUIREMENTS WILL RESULT IN A SANCTION FEE BEING ASSESSED AND MAY PROHIBIT FURTHER HOSTING OF TOURNAMENTS.
