TOUR PROPOSAL

The purpose of this Proposal is to outline to the Kesteven RFC Board/Senior Committee your plans for Touring with your Group. It need not be an absolute confirmation of your plans and it is recognised that some details may change, but you should detail as much as possible. RFU guidelines state it is vital that Tour Proposals are presented to the Committee and agreement is given in order to submit a Formal Application.

Do NOT assume that by submitting this Proposal, permission has been given to Tour. Approval (or otherwise) will be given to the Tour Organiser in writing (which includes email) by the Club Chairman within 14 days of receipt.

This proposal should be submitted to the Committee as soon as possible and at least 17 weeks prior to the intended Tour dates and to the Club Safeguarding Officer for Safeguarding Approval completed no later than 8 weeks prior to the date of travel.
