SHAPEWORKS TOTAL PLAN
Since Herbalife has incredible, life changing products, both for Inner and Outer Nutrition, they also have an unbelievable Business Opportunity available as well. The Total Plan is a simple, proven way to help present the Herbalife products and build a downline in one presentation. How? Through referrals! Referrals are the easiest way to get more prospects in less time. Adding and taking advantage of this tool is the key to the Total Plan. The objective is for each presentation we do, we receive at least 5 referrals. It is an easy way in which any distributor can generate prospects. This plan is easy to follow by a new distributor, which facilitates sales, duplication and recruitment. It works like this:When you contact a potential client through an advertising method you are using, you can offer them several FREE things in order to do a Face to Face presentation. You can offer them a Free Facial, or a Free Electronic Health Evaluation (calculates their body fat) along with a Free Product Samples (LiftOff). TOTAL PLAN FOR INNER NUTRITION PRODUCTS
- At the time of a presentation, we use the name FREE ELECTRONIC HEALTH EVALUATION. In the mind of this distributor it continues to be a presentation but in the mind of the prospect, it’s an evaluation. The objective is to make the prospect see that they are receiving something of value for free and they will be more inclined to give referrals for another free evaluation.
- The primary objective of the evaluation or face to face presentation is to get referrals. The second is to sell products. This is very important because if the prospect feels that it is a sales presentation, they won’t be open to giving referrals. People resist giving contact information for friends and family for sales calls but easily give such information for a gift, which in this case is the evaluation or facial with an estimated value of $80.
- First do the EVALUATION, then later ask for referrals and once you have them in your hand, show the before and after pictures and ask if the prospect wants to know what the next step is.
- The plan is to do 2-3 evaluations a day if Full Time (2-3 a week if Part Time, which will give you about 10-15 new prospects daily/weekly. This is more than sufficient for your sales plan. After a few weeks, you will have more numbers than you can call. This method works great for leads coming in from your advertising methods, such as Lead Boxes, Surveys, Newspaper Ads, Pull-tabs, etc. and is excellent for your Center Of Influence.
Generate prospects, get referrals and increase your client base in less time.
If you strive to do 2-3 presentations a day, others who have had great success have had business resulting in 2,500 – 5,000 volume points per month. You will spend less time on the plan and you will have more time to recruit and
train.
PHASE II
Goal is to have 5 first lines in your organization duplicate the Total Plan. Also, use the Total Plan as a recruiting tool to build a local downline.
HOW DO YOU GET YOUR FIRST PROSPECTS?
You will get your first prospects using the traditional tools/methods (list of friends, acquaintances, press/newspaper ads, other contacts, lead box leads, etc.). Once you have your first appointments (for evaluations or facials), your principal source of contacts will be the referrals.

STEPS FOR THE EVALUATION
- Be friendly and build rapport, as you would in a traditional presentation.
- Ask them to write the name, age height & weight on the *Omron Results Form. (You may need to weigh and measure them.)
- As they are filling this out, give them their Free Product LiftOff sample in a glass of water. Tell them that this is our newest product that enhances mental clarity, fuels your body with Vitamin C and is a great energy booster. Mention that it is a HOT product that everyone wants!

- Mark down the results on the Results Form and read the results to your prospect.
- Now, ask:
- Did you like the information (or results) from the FREE Electronic health evaluation or Facial?
- Who do you know that would benefit from this same information? What friends, family members or other people would you like to give the same gift to?… I need to do 40 evaluations for my company. Great, thanks!
- Say, as you show them the Before and After photos… “For certain, these are people who took the next step. By the way, how did you like that sample of LiftOff I gave you? Our products really get results fast. Tell them your story then ask “Would you like to know what the next step is? (or I can help you get results like you’ve seen…”
- No: - “No problem!” Thank them , give them their evaluation page (making sure to write your contact information on it), and business card, and tell them to call you if they want to take the next step.
- Yes: - Do the “Face to Face” presentation and ask what program/products they’d like to get started on!
8.Next, turn to the Business Opportunity section of your book. Say “My business is out of control. I am getting more referrals than I can handle. I need help. Who do you know that would interested in earning $500 to $1,500 this month, part time?"
Get the names, emails and/or phone numbers of anyone they think of and write them on the referral sheet. Follow up with each one immediately.
9.Give them your business card and thank them for letting you present the Free (evaluation, facial) to them and for their list of referrals. If they think of anyone else that they think you may be able to help with products or opportunity, to please contact you.
The number of sales upon completing the presentation will be similar to the numbers from your previous methods (estimated 1 sale from 2-3 presentations). What is important is that you now have the referrals to follow up with!!
