The current Literature Chair will not be running for another term, if you are interested in getting involved with service, and working with the Literature committee, please come out to TASC and meet the Literature Committee.

The PR Committee introduced an email communication initiative. An monthly email will be sent to addicts and will include; a link to our meeting list, highlighting any meeting changes, The Clean Times, GSR Points and social/information activities. • We have various positions open, including secretary and treasurer, as well as alternates to all our positions. Our committee continues to be an enjoyable way to become involved in NA service. All are welcome at our meetings.

• Groups remember to call the helpline and email with any meeting changes or updates

• NA flyers will continue to be available on the resources page of our website along with some short guidelines about putting up flyers.

• Please be reminded to discard old meeting lists as there are often changes regarding meeting closures or time/location changes and we want to ensure every addict has the most current information.

• How It Works – We endeavor to ensure that any member who attends our open/medallion meeting is able to participate. To help welcome new members we offer the white keytag twice during the preamble. This had worked very well.

o Meeting is now accessible.

• The Message - Newcomer representative to create welcoming atmosphere to encourage newcomers to pick up white key tags by sharing their experience during key tags.

• There Comes a Time – Children are welcome at this meeting.

• New Horizons – New format: first Tuesday of the month we are now doing a living clean meeting GSR’s please be mindful of how many meeting lists and Clean Times you are taking. Do not take more than you need.
