President

Internal Vice President

Ø Acquiring permits for fields.
Ø Red Bull Club Night at Giants Stadium on Oct 18. 250 tickets are available at $20 each.
Ø Club Night at Shelter Cove is Sep 10 at 5:30PM. There will be Red Bull player and coach appearance and a coach’s clinic conducted.
Ø Student of the Game at Shelter Cove Oct 7. There will be Red Bull player appearance.

Ø Training
o Toms River Training for U11 and up – contact Jess Yeager.
o Red Bulls (Simon Muckle) for U8 - U10 – contact Rob Salt.
Ø Fields
o Shelter Cove is fertilized by Cerami Lawns and the results are good. Cerami also has proposal to cut grass on Fridays for $250 each time.
o Oak Park service (seed and fertilize) proposal by Cerami lawns is for $9,999.00.
§ Vote to pass tabled until next month. Need to see what Twp offers.
o Schenks Mill: Twp Engineering ready to hand over to Park & Rec mid-October.
Assistant Head Coach
Ø U8-U10 coaches will get invoice from RBNY so that progress payment may be made for training.
Ø U8-U10 Round Robin Games were successful and will be done again next spring. Last week of Aug will be the last session for this summer.
o Feedback from a member indicated we should not include U8 with U9 and U10.
Ø Tony Meola Coaching Kit for sale through the Ironmen for $250 (if at least 10 are bought).
Ø Fundraising letter available. Send email to the Board on what the fundraiser consisted of.
Deposit form is available to put funds into TRYSC team account.
Registrar
Ø Pass packet needs to go to Jess Yeager before Maureen Grams.
Treasurer
Ø Current balance is $131,058.71.

Equipment Manager
Ø Xara uniforms are available through Jess Yeager. Use order form.
Ø New uniforms are available through Tim Timmes. Use order form.
Ø Cost will be $60 for both Xara and new.
Trustee
Ø Application for 2009 raffle event processed and will be submitted end-August.
Ø Raffles will be $50 per book with drawing third week of June.
Ø Additional raffle books may be bought and sold as a fundraiser with $30 to team and $20 to Club.
MOSA Representative
Ø Flights are set.
Ø Contact information can change but not team name.
Jersey Coast Representative
Ø Schedules are available online.
Ocean County Recreation Representative
Ø Roster and copy of player birth certificates will be required.
Instructional Representative
Ø Season will start Saturday Sep 14th.
Ø Shirts and equipment will be available first week.
Referee Assignor
Ø Absent
Ø Referee checks will be available first week of season.

Ø Need to nominate members for committee that fills Board positions.
Other Business
Ø Vote conducted to fund a portion of the U6 and U7 training program. The Club will pay 50% of the cost for U6 and 25% for U7. Toms River Training will have one trainer with each team. One hour with the kids and ½ hour with the coach.
