1.02 SUBMITTALS
A.General Requirements: Provide submittals in accordance with Section 013300.

B.Product Data: Submit manufacturer’s catalog cuts and data sheets, complete parts list, and installation requirements for each accessory item specified.
C.Samples: If requested, submit full size samples of each toilet accessory requested, for verification of design, operation, and finish requirements. Samples will be returned and acceptable samples may be used in the Work.
D.Closeout Submittals: Submit in accordance with Section 017700.
1.For Owner’s permanent records, provide 2sets of the following items of manufacturer’s literature, if applicable, for each type of toilet accessory provided.

b.Service and Parts Manuals
c.Name of Local Representative, to be contacted in event of need of field service or consultation

1.03 QUALITY ASSURANCE
A.Regulatory Requirements:
1.Meet Minnesota State Building Code requirements for installing accessories in accordance with ANSI A117.1 and ADA requirements current at time of Date of Project Documents.
1.04 DELIVERY, STORAGE, AND HANDLING
A.Packing and Shipping: Deliver items in manufacturer’s original, unopened protective packaging with legible manufacturer’s identification.
B.Storage and Protection: In accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations. Store materials in original protective packaging to prevent soiling, physical damage or wetting.
C.Handling: Handle using methods that will prevent damage to finished surfaces.
1.05 SEQUENCING AND SCHEDULING
A.Coordination:
1.Coordinate locations, installation, and sequencing with work of others to avoid interference and to assure proper installation and operation of accessory items.
2.Coordinate with installation of reinforcements within walls to receive accessory attachment anchors/fasteners.

A.Mirror Warranty: Provide 15year warranty against silver spoilage.
PART 2 - PRODUCTS
2.01 MATERIALS
A.Stainless Steel Sheet: ASTM A167, Type 303/304 with No. 4 satin luster finish. Not less than 22 gauge (0.034inch), unless otherwise indicated.
B.Stainless Steel Tubing: ASTM A269, seamless, Type 304.
C.Galvanized Steel Sheet: ASTM A527, G60. Not less than 20 gauge (0.040inch), unless otherwise indicated.
D.Anchors/Fasteners - Screws, Bolts, and Other Devises: Same material as accessory unit when exposed, either same material as accessory unit or galvanized steel when concealed.
1.Expansion Shields: Fiber, lead, or rubber as recommended by accessory manufacturer for occurring wall construction.

a.Roll-wave distortion in glass shall be parallel to bottom edge of installed mirror, unless otherwise indicated.
3.Frame: Not less than 18 gauge, Type 304, satin finish, stainless steel angle approximately 3/4inch by 3/4inch with square 90degree mitered welded corners, ground and polished to a satin finish.
4.Mirror Glass Backing and Support System: System that will permit a rigid tamper resistant glass installation and prevent accumulation of moisture. Make from not less than 20 gauge galvanized steel, full size of mirror, with nonabsorptive filler material (not corrugated cardboard).
5.Hanging Device: Mirror manufacturer’s standard heavy duty concealed, galvanized steel hanger unit having a concealed fastening system which requires a special tool to remove mirror, and which permits a rigid, tamper and theft resistant installation of mirror.

Design and fabricate grab bar to provide 11/2inch clearance between tubing and wall surface, and to support not less than a 250pound concentrated load applied anywhere on bar when installed.
