Good morning today is Friday, February 5 and today is National Weatherperson’s Day.
Today is a very special day as it is MontGomery Grant’s birthday! Happy Birthday MontGomery.
For lunch today we will have pizza, vegetable salad and fruit. For breakfast tomorrow we will have cold cereal and for lunch: hamburger gravy, mashed potatoes, corn, and fruit.
C-squad boys will be taking on Rugby here at 4 pm tonight and then the Lady Comets will be taking on Westhope-Newburg, A & B-squad at 5:45. Wolford will be hosting the games tonight. Come on out and cheer on the Comets and support the Wolford junior class concessions.
The junior high GBB tournament begins in Langdon today. The Comets will be taking on Ojibwa in the HS gym at 4:30. The tournament will conclude on Saturday. Bus time is 2:45 today.
There will be an FFA Livestock meeting at noon today in the Ag Ed classroom.
Every three minutes, another child or grownup will be diagnosed with blood cancer. Remember, your efforts are helping local kids with cancer and funding research around the world to find cures. Tomorrow is Superhero day. Read a book about your favorite superhero. Root beer floats will be sold for $ .50 and pie throw for teachers at 2:30. Don’t forget to vote for the cutest baby in the high school lobby.
