Toastmasters of [Your City, County] Announces Free Speech Contest

The Toastmasters “Off the Cuff, Off the Wall” Contest

[place], [date]–Members of the [club name] will compete on [date] in Toastmasters International’s annual fall speech contest. This year’s event has two parts. The first, “Table Topics,” features off-the-cuff speaking in which contestants will be given a topic and have up to two minutes to complete a response. They will not know the topic ahead of time. The second, “International Speech” features prepared five-to-second minute speeches.
