  1. The special NARFE convention room rate is $94.00 per night, including buffet breakfast (plus 10.6% sales tax and $2.00 tourism assessment). Rate is for single queen or double queen room, double occupancy; each additional person is $10.00. Some ADA rooms available; request when making the reservation. Room rate applies 3 days before and 3 days after the convention.
  2. Hotel registration deadline for obtaining the convention room rate is April 15.

Delegate and Visitor Registration:

  1. Attendees/visitors must register; one registration per form.

  1. Refunds – Registration refund deadline is April 15; for meals, April 30. No refunds for cancellations made after these dates.

Banners: Chapters are encouraged to bring their banner and stand for display.

Program Book Ads:Chapters, candidates for office and other NARFE members are encouraged to place ads in the program book. The “Program Book Advertising Order Form” and the “Program Book Advertising Templates” information sheet provide instructions, including sizes and cost. Memorial Program: Chapters are asked to submit a list of their deceased chapter members,April 2014 thru March 2016, for listing in the convention memorial program. Door Prizes:Each chapter is asked to bring a door prize valued at about $25.00. Bring to the registration table. Note: Chapter gifts will only be used as door prizes.

Fundraiser for NARFE Alzheimer’s Research Fund:Chapters and membersare encouraged to donate items suitable for “auctioning” during the convention.
