  • The “Group rate” is valid for stay period from 4th May to 13th May 2013 only. All reservations are subject to rooms’ availability at the time of the reservation.
  • In the event that the allocated roomsfor this group are full, the hotel reserves the right to quote the best available rate for any additional rooms requested.
  • Please note that all reservations request will be processed within 24 hours upon receipt.
  • Confirmation of the rooms will be subject to availability and will only be confirmed upon receiving the confirmation letter.
  • A credit card number is required to confirm and guarantee the reservation.
  • The check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is by 12 noon. All early arrival will require a pre-block one night prior to ensure room availability upon check-in.
  • Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age and all overnight guests must be registered at the Reception Desk. All non registered guests/visitors shall not be permitted to stay in guest rooms beyond 11pm.
  • Room preferences will be subject to availability upon check-in.
  • Complimentary Hotel Facilities (gym and pool) are for the exclusive use of registered guests only.
  • No-Show Policy: in the event of no-show, the full duration of stay will be charged to your credit card.
