Job title / Warehouse Associate
Reports to / Facility Operations Manager

Accountabilities:

To provide support in the safe and efficient operation of the warehouse in the following activities:

  • Timely processing of inbound and outbound orders
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through strict adherence to inbound and outbound order processing procedures
  • Assist in the inspection, testing and repair of the company’s equipment
  • Ensure the warehouse is organized, kept neat, tidy and free from obstructions
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unload inbound trucks and stage product in appropriate areas to allow shop technicians ease of access to repair
  • Confirm receipt of product against a packing list or PO by item number, serial number / bar code and quantity
  • Safely locate product in the appropriate location of the rack system
  • Pick outbound orders by bin location and item number and stage
  • Audit outbound orders to ensure accuracy of shipment
  • Load outbound orders
  • Conduct cycle counts
  • From time to time assist with delivery or pick up of items required to support the warehouse or local shows using the company’s van
  • Inspect and test assigned equipment for safe operation
  • Diagnose and repair equipment deemed not suitable for safe operation
  • Document findings on the equipment maintenance log indicating inspection observations, if applicable parts used to complete necessary repairs, test protocol and test results
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping the warehouse neat, tidy and free from obstructions, complying with all company, local, state and federal Health and Safety regulations

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a small team
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and ability to work extra hours with little notice
  • Valid OSHA certification
  • Valid Forklift certification
  • Mechanical aptitudewith woodworking, welding or soldering skills are beneficial
  • Ability to work at various heights
  • Ability to lift 100 lbs.
  • Valid passport, able to travel
  • Prior experience within the professional theme park/theater industry in a technical capacity (electrical, mechanical, special effects, pyrotechnics, lasers) preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
