council has a chair and vice chair.

administrative representatives on

the council in ex officio status.

EXECUTIVE COUNCIL:

This council is comprised of

chairs and vice chairs from each

of the five University councils.

How often does the council meet?

The Provost’s Employee Communications Council meets once a month. There is no meeting in August and locations vary.

How do the councils work?

Employee Council: Each month repre-sentatives from the senior administration are invited to attend council meetings to address and update the council. This is then followed by a question and answer session and discussion of employee issues.

Executive Council: The chairs and vice chairs of each council meet quarterly a year with the executive vice president and chief operating officer to discuss issues from all five communication councils.
