-Move cursor with arrow keys

-Hit ENTER when box is made

-Hit ENTER to zoom in

2:Zoom In

3:Zoom Out

Allows you to center in on a section of the graph

-Place cursor where you want to zoom

-ENTER

4:ZDecimal

When using TRACE, all values generated are to 0.1

6:ZStandard

Sets your window -10 to 10

7:ZTrig

Sets x-axis to degrees (count by 90) and y-axis counts by 1

8:ZInteger

When using TRACE, only integer values are generated

9:ZoomStat

Used to graph ordered pairs

0:ZoomFit

Helps generate a window to see the graph.

Once you can see the graph, use WINDOW to adjust it

·  2nd CALC Menu

When referring to Left and Right Bounds, imagine a vertical line at the point in question. Place cursor to the left of the line and hit ENTER. Then place cursor to the right of the line and hit ENTER. When asked to Guess?, hit ENTER

Generates statistical information about the data in the list

If the data is in L1, then just hit ENTER

If it is not, then you must type in the list name

2:2-Var Stats

Generates statistical information about the data in two different lists

If the data is in L1 and L2, then just hit ENTER

If it is not, then you must type in each list name, separated by a comma

Regression Choices

Generates an equation to fit the data.

·  To Get Equation for Linear Regression (Line of Best Fit)

Enter in ordered pairs (see above)

STAT

CALC

4:LinReg(ax + b)

If your x-coordinates are in List 1 and your y-coordinates are in List 2, then just hit ENTER

If your coordinates are in any other Lists, you must enter each one in separated by a comma

The lists are above the numbers – 2nd then the number

Comma - the key about the 7

·  To Generate Ordered Pairs from an Equation

Enter Equation into Y=
