PREMISE
· God will send pestilences on His enemies throughout the entire Tribulation period.

PROGRAM OF GOD
Tribulation: God will torment with locusts those who do not have His seal in their foreheads.
Great Tribulation: God will torment with grievous sores those who have taken the Mark of the Beast; the two witnesses will send judgments on the world, some in the form of diseases.
PROGRAM OF SATANIC DUPLICATION
Church Age: The occult and many governments of the world prepared chemical and biological warfare agents. Conditions are being created to forcibly inoculate populations with deadly vaccines.
Tribulation: Biochemical and biological agents (pestilence) will be used to bring in the New World Order. Germ warfare will be used to terrorize, vaccinate and exterminate whole populations.

"German bankers on the Farben Aufsichsrat (the supervisory Board of Directors) in the late 1920s included the Hamburg banker Max Warburg, whose brother Paul Warburg was a founder of the Federal Reserve System in the United States. Not coincidentally, Paul Warburg was also on the board of American I.G., Farben's wholly owned U.S. subsidiary." - 674:33
"...there were some businessmen--most connected with secret societies--who could not resist the temptation to profit from the world's misery. A good example was Walter C. Teagle, chairman of Standard Oil of New Jersey, owned by Rockefeller's Chase Bank. Teagle was also a director of American I.G. Chemical Corp., a subsidiary of the giant I.G. Farben conglomerate...
"I.G. Farben and Rockefeller's Standard Oil had become so intertwined that in 1942 Thurman Arnold, head of the U.S. Justice Department's Anti-Trust Division, produced documents for Senator Harry S. Truman's defense committee showing that 'Standard and Farben in Germany had literally carved up the world markets, with oil and chemical monopolies established all over the map.'
"The president of I.G. Farben in Germany, Hermann Schmitz, served on the boards of the Deutsche Bank and the Bank for International Settlements. In 1929 Schmitz was voted president of the board of National City Bank, now Citibank.
"Paul Manning, a CBS new correspondent in Europe during World War II, wrote that Schmitz once 'held as much stock in Standard Oil of New Jersey as did the Rockefellers.'" - 482:178-79.66
· The United States also creates and testing biological warfare agents.
"In 1977, a secret federal virus program produced 15,000 gallons of AIDS. The record reveals the United States was represented by Dr. Robert Gallo and the USSR was represented by Dr. Novakhatskiy of the diabolical Ivanosky Institute. On August 21, 1999, the world first saw the flowchart of the plot to thin the Black Population.
"The 1971 AIDS flowchart coordinates over 20,000 scientific papers and fifteen years of progress reports of a secret federal virus development program. The epidemiology of AIDS is an identical match to the 'research logic' identified in the five section foldout. The flowchart is page 61 of Progress Report #8 (1971) of the Special Virus program of the United States of America. We today, challenge world scientists to discussion of this document find... In addition, we have now examined the 1978 report. It is heresy to continue to further argue the program ended in 1977. The 1978 report of the development of AIDS leaves no doubt as to the ('narrow result') candidate virus sought by the United States. The flowchart conclusively proves a secret federal plot to develop a 'contagious cancer' that 'selectively kills'." - 478
"Fifty-one years ago, Edward J. Nevin...was dead, the victim of what doctors said was an infection of the bacterium Serratia marcescens. Decades later, Mr. Nevin's family learned what they believe was the cause of the infection, linked at the time to the hospitalizations of 10 other patients. In Senate subcommittee hearings in 1977, the U.S. Army revealed that weeks before Mr. Nevin sickened and died, the Army had staged a mock biological attack on San Francisco, secretly spraying the city with Serratia and other agents thought to be harmless.
"The goal: to see what might happen in a real germ-warfare attack. The experiment, which involved blasting a bacterial fog over the entire 49-square-mile city from a Navy vessel offshore, was recorded with clinical nonchalance: 'It was noted that a successful BW [biological warfare] attack on this area can be launched from the sea, and that effective dosages can be produced over relatively large areas,' the Army wrote in its 1951 classified report on the experiment." - 228
"Over the past several years the United States has embarked on a program of secret research on biological weapons that, some officials say, tests the limits of the global treaty banning such weapons. The 1972 treaty forbids nations from developing or acquiring weapons that spread disease, but it allows work on vaccines and other protective measures... The projects, which have not been previously disclosed, were begun under president Bill Clinton and have been embraced by the Bush Administration, which intends to expand them.
"Earlier this year, Administration officials said, the Pentagon drew up plans to engineer genetically a potentially more potent variant of the bacterium that causes anthrax, a deadly disease ideal for germ warfare.
" Two other projects completed during the Clinton administration focused on the mechanics of making germ weapons. In a program codenamed Clear Vision, the CIA built and tested a model of a Soviet-designed germ bomb that agency officials feared was being sold on the international market... At about the same time, Pentagon experts assembled a germ factory in the Nevada desert from commercially available materials. Pentagon officials said the project demonstrated the ease with which a terrorist or rogue nation could build a plant that could produce kilograms of deadly germs. " - 128
· Immunization programs have been used for eugenics purposes.
"Not only had poor sanitation and nutrition lain the foundation for disease, it was also compulsory smallpox vaccination campaigns in the late 19th and early 20th centuries that played a major role in decimating the populations of Japan (48,000 deaths), England & Wales (44,840 deaths, after 97 percent of the population had been vaccinated), Scotland, Ireland, Sweden, Switzerland, Holland, Italy, India (3 million -- all vaccinated), Australia, Germany (124,000 deaths), Prussia (69,000 deaths -- all re-vaccinated), and the Philippines. The epidemics ended in cities where smallpox vaccinations were either discontinued or never begun, and also after sanitary reforms were instituted (most notably in Munich -- 1880, Leicester -- 1878, Barcelona -- 1804, Alicante -- 1827, India -- 1906, etc.).
"In many nations, mortalities from smallpox hadn't begun to decline until the citizenry revolted against compulsory smallpox vaccination laws. For example, the town of Leicester from 1878 to 1898 stood in stark contrast to the rest of England, where thousands were dying from the aggressive half-century-old government mandatory immunization campaigns." - 157
· Biological agents manufactured in the United States were supplied to Saddam Hussein in the 1980s for further development. The 1991 Gulf War was a dry run for future biochemical operations.
"On 2/10/94, the Houston Chronicle carried an article entitled: 'U.S. Shipments to Iraq Feared As Cause of Veterans' Ailments' which said: During the 1980's, the U.S. government approved shipments of biological agents to Iraq that could be the cause of debilitating illnesses plaguing Persian Gulf War veterans. Sen. Donald W. Riegle, Jr. (D-MI) said Wednesday.
"The viruses and bacteria, commonly used to develop biological weapons, were shipped directly to Iraqi government agencies by American Type Culture Collection, a non-profit group in Rockville, MD, that collects and distributes biological specimens worldwide. Virtually all the shipments, Riegle said, were approved by the Reagan administration's Commerce Dept. between 1985 and 1989 despite long-standing suspicions that Iraq had been involved in biological warfare.
"On 2/4/91, The New Republic carried an article entitled, 'Deadly Contagion: How we helped Iraq Get Germ Weapons.' After going into some detail about Iraq's germ warfare production, the article said, 'Against this backdrop, in late 1988 Senator John McCain's office got wind of the activities of a non-profit company in Rockville, MD - the American Type Culture Collection. The firm has the nation's leading collection of cultured diseases, and acts as a library of microbes for institutions all over the world. With a staff of 217, it curates and manages 1,000 different strains useful in public health programs. The ATCC sells approximately 130,000 cultures and ships orders to 50 nations, according to director Robert Stevenson. Iraq has been a customer for 20 years...
"Readers should understand that once Iraq or any country obtains these deadly cultures, they can grow and eventually mass produce their own from these 'starters'...
"According to Dr. Garth Nicolson, Iraq's top cell microbiologist scientists, working at the University of Bagdad on Saddam's germ warfare program (working with mycoplasmas) were trained in the U.S. - some by the Dept. of Defense. No wonder the Dept. of Defense wants to deny any knowledge of Iraq's biological warfare program. We helped them develop it! The New Republic went on: There exists a certain sloppiness in sending known bio-warfare agents to a warring nation with a reputation for supporting terrorism...
"Both the Bush and Clinton administrations Justice Departments agreed not to prosecute these big name American corporations for trading with the enemy. The building up of Iraq's weapons, paid for by U.S. taxpayers, was conducted for years before the Persian Gulf War and after it started. Such trading with the enemy is tantamount to treason.
"There is a sad irony about this case. Twenty-eight soldiers killed by SCUD missiles in the Iraq war came from the same neighborhood - Greenburg Latrobe - where the weapons were manufactured. SCUD launchers were put together in Connecticut, while other weapons came from the Pittsburgh area. There were a number of corporations in the Pittsburgh area that were making weapons for Saddam Hussein.
"These corporations were, according to Gastor's investigations, tied to the Brown Brothers Harriman Bank, which was being managed by President Bush's father, the late Senator Prescott Bush. It had been the same way in World Wars I and II, when the U.S. corporations supplied the Germans, the United States' enemy, with guns and supplies, according to proof obtained by former Hoover Institute researcher and author Antony Sutton.
"How was this cover-up of the manufacture of weapons for Iraq arranged in the U.S.? Bush arranged for 70% of the policy makers in the Justice Dept. to remain in their jobs when the transition from Bush to Clinton took place. They took a lower pay scale, but stayed in control. These holdovers are running the Justice Dept. today. Clinton has been told about this, but somehow he does not seem to act on the information Atty. Gen. Reno said, when told about this, that she did not have the money to fire all these people." - 766
· Grievous sores were a symptom of the Gulf War Syndrome.
"After the 1991 U.S. war against Iraq, tens of thousands of GIs and reservists who had been sent to the Persian Gulf began experiencing debilitating and sometimes life-threatening medical problems. The symptoms include immune system failure, respiratory problems, severe joint and muscle pain, headaches, nausea, diarrhea, dizziness, fatigue, loss of memory, sores, intestinal and heart problems. Some Gulf vets have developed cancers...
"Navy Reserve Captain Julia Dyckman, a 27-year veteran of the military, was a supervisor in a 500-bed field hospital in Saudi Arabia during the war. She believes that she was exposed to chemical or biological warfare agents...
