To Change Page Layouts to Use Publicaster Installed Package Defaults

To Change Page Layouts to Use Publicaster Installed Package Defaults:

·  Follow both sets of instructions below to change the page layout for first the Leads, Contacts, and Campaign pages

To Change the Leads Page Layout to the Publicaster Default Layout

1.  Select the user drop-down menu, then select Setup, then follow the instructions for the Leads and Contacts pages below.

2.  Select Customize, then Leads, then Page Layouts.

3.  Select the “Page Layout Assignment” button to launch the Page Layout Assignment Page.

4.  Select the Edit Assignment Button

5.  Select one or more Profiles you wish to re-assign to the install provided Layout.

6.  Select the Page Layout to Use Dropdown - Publicaster Lead Layout

7.  Click Save

The System Administrator Profile is now using the Publicaster Lead Layout.

Continue on to the instructions below to set the Contacts page layout.

To Change the Contacts Page Layout to the Publicaster Default Layout

1.  Select the user drop-down menu, then select Setup, then follow the instructions for the Leads and Contacts pages below.

2.  Select Customize, then Contacts, then Page Layouts

3.  Select the “Page Layout Assignment” button to launch the Page Layout Assignment Page.

4.  Select the “Edit Assignment” button

5.  Select one or more Profiles you wish to re-assign

6.  Select “Publicaster Contact Layout” in the “Page Layout to Use” drop-down menu

Click Save

The System Administrator Profile is now using the Publicaster Contact Layout.
Continue on to the instructions below to set the Contacts page layout.

To Change the Canpaigns Page Layout to the Publicaster Default Layout

1.  Select the user drop-down menu, then select Setup, then follow the instructions for the Leads and Contacts pages below.

2.  Select Customize, then Campaigns, then Page Layouts

3.  Select the “Page Layout Assignment” button to launch the Page Layout Assignment Page

4.  Select the “Edit Assignment” button

5.  Select one or more Profiles you wish to re-assign

6.  Select “Publicaster Campaign Layout” in the “Page Layout to Use” drop-down menu

7.  Click Save

The System Administrator Profile is now using the Publicaster Campaign Layout.
